Looking for a rental location to host a Baby Shower, Bridal Shower or Celebration? Olivia’s Dollhouse Tea Room – Upland is now renting our facility.

PRICE – FACILITY ONLY RENTAL:

$100.00 per hour for use of the facility ONLY. Inquire within for available times.

$150.00 per hour for facility and karaoke machine (client must provide music).

$150 deposit required at booking.

Outside catering permitted. Photographers are allowed. Preferred Vendor List will be provided upon request.

Vendor Services include: Photography, Photo Booth, Dessert Table, Food and Specialty Cakes.

This is a facility rental only, and all food, drinks, paper goods, cups, etc., must be supplied by the client. Olivia’s Dollhouse Tea Room is NOT responsible for the quality of food, drinks, etc., purchased outside our facility.

A hostess fee of $35 is required at the time of booking. The hostess is there to answer your questions ONLY. It is the responsibility of the client to provide drink and food service to guests and to make sure the facility has been cleaned and restored to pre-party condition within your party time.  Your hostess is not responsible for serving your food, decorating or clean-up.  If you desire the hostess to perform any of these duties, there is an additional fee as follows:

  • $35 per hour to assist in food service and clean-up for one (1) full service hostess.  You must help your hostess.
  • $70 per hour to assist in food service and clean-up for two (2) full service hostesses. You must help your hostess.
  • If you require a second full service hostess, you must make the request before your party and pay an additional deposit of $35.00 to secure the additional full service hostess.

EARLY FACILITY ENTRY:

Unfortunately, early entry for decorating and party set-up is not allowed. If you need additional time to set up before the party, you can add this time at $50 each 30 minutes.  We cannot promise that the time will be available as there may be a party before yours.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all rentals.  If you need to reschedule for any reason and you notify us within 72 hours of your reservation date, you can use the deposit to reserve another date.

NON PAYMENT/CANCELATION: If we do not receive a response from you with final payment within 72 hours, you will have forfeited your deposit and will not be able to reschedule your party. Your party is considered canceled. If you cancel your party after your deposit has been received, you will not receive a refund. Deposits are non-refundable.

GRATUITY: Gratuity is optional but greatly appreciated as we work diligently to provide you with ultimate service!

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY: TLC Photography will be pleased to capture your special moments. They will be there the whole time and they know the dollhouse and our party structure well, therefore, you can be sure that not a special moment will be missed. CLEANLINESS:  At our Dollhouse, cleanliness is VERY important!!! We do our best to provide an environment that takes all measures to ensure cleanliness and appropriate hygiene. If you feel you might have any questions or concerns in advance, please do not hesitate to let us know what they might be.
